Toast with Avocado and oil


  • Slices of spelt bread or cereal.
  • 1 avocado.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper to taste.


Toast the bread a little and open up the avocado, remove the stone and skin and step on it with a fork until you get the desired texture. I make it until it is creamy.

Once you have the toast ready, use a butter knife to spread the avocado on the toast.

Then add a pinch of salt, a little crushed black pepper to taste and a dash of avocado or virgin olive oil.

Ready to enjoy!!
